Returns & Refunds Policy
At Vedic Rituals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to the nature of our skincare and wellness products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
To request a return, please email our customer care team at [your email address] with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
